We had condensation and woodworm in a period property we had just bought in West Cork. Stephen came out the same day to give an opinion. Stephen Wood first asked for pictures to see the extent of the mould in the room and when he saw them he rang minutes after and called straight away for inspection and quote on the next day at lunch time given the health was at risk. The job was done fast and as soon as he possibly could with his colleague and the mould was removed thoroughly before a membrane was put on to avoid future condensation problems. Pleased with the work they did.

Electro osmosis does work and is right for our cottage. Six months on, we now have white salt marks on our exposed internal stone walls proving that they have dried out.
Despite the excessive rainfall, we also have difficulty filling the dehumidifier which was constantly on in our 300 year old holiday home. Definitely not complaining.

I’d been tearing my hair out about a very damp (wet, really) wall in the old stone building we call home. We’d tried a lot of things, with very limited success. When I called Steve and asked him to come and have a look, he made a lot of sense. He made some recommendations, only one of which resulted in any work/money for himself. I did everything he suggested, including the low-voltage charging system….and the wall is now bone dry. No more damp smell, no more mildew.
